    Translation of Surah Al-Fajr in English:<\/h2>\n

    At dawn,<\/p>\n

    And ten nights,<\/p>\n

    And the even and the odd,<\/p>\n

    And the night when it passes;<\/p>\n

    Is there any divider for one who has a pledge?<\/p>\n

    Have you not seen how your Lord dealt with ‘Aad,<\/p>\n

    Of Iram, with its lofty pillars,<\/p>\n

    The like of which were not created in the lands?<\/p>\n

    And Thamud, who carved out the rocks in the valley,<\/p>\n

    And Pharaoh, of the stakes?<\/p>\n

    Who committed excesses in the lands<\/p>\n

    And multiplied corruption therein.<\/p>\n

    So your Lord poured upon them a scourge of punishment.<\/p>\n

    Indeed, your Lord is ever watchful.<\/p>\n

    But as for man, when his Lord tries him and [thus] is generous to him and favors him, he says, “My Lord has honored me.”<\/p>\n

    But when He tries him and restricts his provision, he says, “My Lord has humiliated me.”<\/p>\n

    No! But you do not honor the orphan<\/p>\n

    And you do not encourage one another to feed the poor.<\/p>\n

    And you consume inheritance, devouring [it] altogether,<\/p>\n

    And you love wealth with immense love.<\/p>\n

    No! When the earth has been leveled –<\/p>\n

    And your Lord has come and the angels, rank upon rank,<\/p>\n

    And Hellfire has been brought near – on that Day will man remember, but how will that remembrance benefit him?<\/p>\n

    He will say, “Oh, I wish I had sent ahead [some good] for my life.”<\/p>\n

    So on that Day none will punish [as severely] as His punishment<\/p>\n

    And none will bind [as severely] as His binding [of the evildoers].<\/p>\n

    “Oh, soul at peace,<\/p>\n

    Return to your Lord, well-pleasing and well-pleasing [to Him].<\/p>\n

    And enter among My [righteous] servants<\/p>\n

    And enter My Paradise.”<\/p>\n

    Surah Al-Fajr is a powerful chapter of the Quran that can bring immense blessings to the reciter. It is also said to be a cure for physical and spiritual ailments, and to bring success in worldly matters.
