    Translation of Surah Al-Nazi’at in English:<\/h2>\n

    And the ones driven out with violence,<\/p>\n

    And the ones who are active,<\/p>\n

    And the ones who are swimming,<\/p>\n

    Then the ones who are running,<\/p>\n

    Then the ones who are managing,<\/p>\n

    On the day when the earthquake will be tremendous,<\/p>\n

    Followed by the second shock,<\/p>\n

    Hearts on that day will be trembling,<\/p>\n

    Their eyes will be downcast,<\/p>\n

    They will say, “Are we to be returned to our former state?<\/p>\n

    What if we had become bones, decayed?”<\/p>\n

    They will say, “That would be a great loss and waste!”<\/p>\n

    It will be but a single shout,<\/p>\n

    And then they will be looking on.<\/p>\n

    Has the story of Moses come to you?<\/p>\n

    When his Lord called out to him in the sacred valley of Tuwa,<\/p>\n

    “Go to Pharaoh, for he has transgressed.<\/p>\n

    Say to him, ‘Would you purify yourself,<\/p>\n

    And I will guide you to your Lord, so you may fear Him?’<\/p>\n

    So he showed him the great sign,<\/p>\n

    But he denied and disobeyed.<\/p>\n

    Then he turned away,<\/p>\n

    And gathered and proclaimed,<\/p>\n

    Saying, “I am your Lord, the Most High.”<\/p>\n

    So Allah seized him with punishment of the Hereafter and the first life.<\/p>\n

    Indeed, in that is a lesson for those who fear.<\/p>\n

    Are you more difficult to create or is the heaven He constructed?<\/p>\n

    He raised its height and made it perfect,<\/p>\n

    And He darkened its night and brought out its light,<\/p>\n

    And after that He spread the earth,<\/p>\n

    And brought forth from it its water and pasture,<\/p>\n

    And He made the mountains firm,<\/p>\n

    A provision for you and your livestock.<\/p>\n

    But when the great disaster comes,<\/p>\n

    The day when man will remember what he strove for,<\/p>\n

    And the Hellfire will be brought forth for whoever sees,<\/p>\n

    Then as for him who transgressed,<\/p>\n

    And preferred the life of this world,<\/p>\n

    Indeed, Hellfire will be his refuge.<\/p>\n

    But as for him who feared the position of his Lord and prevented the soul from desire,<\/p>\n

    Indeed, Paradise will be his refuge.<\/p>\n

    They will ask you, [O Muhammad], about the Hour: when is its arrival?<\/p>\n

    To what are you relating it?<\/p>\n

    To your Lord is its finality.<\/p>\n

    You are only a warner for those who fear it.<\/p>\n

    It will be, on the Day they see it, as if they had not remained [in the world] except for an afternoon or a morning thereof.<\/p>\n
